Sponsored Tested Review

You've built something. We'll use it on a real task, the way a customer would, and write up honestly what happened. That's the whole offer.

Just want to be listed? That's free, and always will be. Submit your tool here. Paying for a test doesn't get you a better spot than a free submission.

What you get

• A real hands-on test. We use your tool on a real task from one of our use cases, with screenshots, and note what worked, what didn't, and how long it took.
• An honest write-up on AiToday Finder, labeled Sponsored test at the top, before anything else. It includes the price we checked that day and who should skip your tool.
• One mention in the AiToday newsletter, also clearly labeled as sponsored. The newsletter is new and small; we'll tell you the current subscriber count before you pay.
• A chance to fix facts. Before we publish, you can correct factual errors (price, features, limits). Opinions stay ours.
• Permission to quote us, word for word, with a link back.

What you don't get

• No guaranteed positive verdict. If your tool struggles on the task, we'll say so, kindly and clearly.
• No change to rankings. No pay-to-rank, ever. Nobody can buy a spot or a better rank. If we run sponsors, they will be clearly labeled and kept separate from the rankings. Where your tool ranks on our use-case pages is decided the same way as for every other tool.
• No removal of honest criticism. We'll fix mistakes, but we won't take out fair criticism.
• No traffic or click promises. We're a young site, and links in sponsored write-ups are marked rel="sponsored", as Google asks for paid content.

We may also decline a tool if we can't test it properly (for example, waitlist-only, or it needs hardware or data we don't have) or if we think it's unsafe. If we decline, you won't have paid anything.

How it works

1. Email us using the button above. The template asks for your tool, what it's best for, and how we can get access.
2. We check we can test it and reply to confirm, or to let you know why we can't.
3. You pay by PayPal invoice once we've confirmed. There's no payment link on this page, on purpose.
4. We test and write it up. You get the draft to check for factual errors.
5. We publish on AiToday Finder and mention it once in the newsletter, both labeled sponsored.

Turnaround: about 1–2 weeks from payment to publication.

How sponsored tests are labeled

Every sponsored write-up opens with a disclosure like this one:

Sponsored test [Maker] paid AiToday $49 for this hands-on review. They did not see or approve our verdict before publication, could only correct factual errors, and payment does not affect where the tool ranks on AiToday Finder.
